Service Terms and Conditions

The following section outlines important service terms and conditions related to your engagement with Luxury Move Management.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 business hours of a scheduled service will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee, plus $150.00 per scheduled service provider. As you can appreciate, our teams are very loyal and hard working, and when cancellations happen last minute, they are also affected.

Liability

We take great care in handling your belongings. In the unfortunate event of damage due to our team’s negligence, we will repair or replace items at our discretion.

LMM will not be held financially responsible for any breakage or damage that occurs after we pack the boxes and move them out of the way in clients’ homes. We guarantee that the items are in excellent condition when we seal and wrap them. If we notice any chips, scratches or breaks we show it to the client and photograph it before wrapping it. If any damage is found upon unpacking, then we will help you source a repair or replacement, and it would be at the client’s expense.

Limitation of Liability

LMM’s total liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the greater amount of either 100% of the amount you paid to LMM in the prior twelve (12) months or the amount that LMM’s insurance will cover.

Third-Party Services

While we’re happy to coordinate trusted third-party providers, LMM shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods as a result of the client engaging third-party services.

All tradespeople sent to the client by LMM will be paid directly by LMM. Client shall not pay tradesperson directly. Client will be invoiced by LMM.

Health & Safety

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, services may be paused and rescheduled at the earliest availability to ensure the safety of our team.

Media Consent

From time to time, we capture photos or videos of our work for marketing purposes. We never disclose personal information in our posts and your privacy is of course protected. Please let us know if you prefer to opt out.
